Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and ITAM modules
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, widgets, and Reports and Dashboards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ServiceNow Administrator or Developer certification is a plus
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases
