ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and reliable systems for the ServiceNow cloud platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. The team is responsible for infrastructure and operations for the ServiceNow cloud, enabling the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Requirements
- 12 years of related experience in software engineering with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership experience of engineering teams.
- Strong leadership in providing direction, delegating effectively, and ensuring team accountability.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and open-source tools in agile environments.
- Curiosity and critical thinking about how AI can be integrated into engineering workflows.
