ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of AI-powered search and workflow automation features within their Now Platform. The role involves testing, designing, and automating features to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth user experience. Requirements
- Experience with AI integration and automation
- 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and Java programming with Selenium, JUnit and TestNG
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Experience with Generative AI tools or frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, LangChain)
- Fluency in JavaScript and Eclipse, Jenkin, Maven, and Git

Requirements Summary
