Senior Solution Architect, Enterprise Platforms

The Senior Solution Architect will work with the ServiceNow Enterprise Platform team to establish strategic roadmaps and architectural runway for the Enterprise Platform team. The role will involve translating business outcomes into solution architectures and solution process designs, and delivering actionable Agile stories for integration requests.

Requirements

• Define and drive the overall solution architecture strategy and roadmap for business initiatives.
• Serve as a coordinating architectural advisor for cross-functional solution delivery.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business and architecture strategies.
• Mentor and guide teams in solution architecture best practices.
• Resolve complex integration and alignment challenges across systems.
• Represent solution architecture in business and IT strategy discussions.
