The Senior Solution Implementer plays a critical role in providing support to senior consultants within Service Management, conducting thorough data collection and analysis, and developing and refining complex solutions to address client needs and organizational challenges.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to assume responsibility for technical and solution-building activities in collaboration with Business Analysts and Solution Architects
- Extensive, in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Comprehensive understanding of ITSM processes and/or other Service Management processes
- Good understanding of Web Technologies, including XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services
- Thorough knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, and SSL
- Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, thoughtful decision-making, and superior verbal and written abilities
- Proven consulting aptitude, encompassing a clear understanding of business drivers behind technology, advanced problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the capacity to ask pertinent questions
- Strong commitment to teamwork and willingness to travel, primarily within the Nordic region
