We are seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to oversee market success of ServiceNow's Customer Experience products. The role involves supporting territory strategy and planning, providing input to AE during account planning, and ensuring recommendation to territory strategy and account planning is aligned with Now Value principles.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/ customer service role.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
