ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to oversee market success of its CRM & Industry Workflows products. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging AI, solution sales, and CRM/CX business processes. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English, as well as regional travel.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Experience in solution sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor
- Understanding of CRM or CX solution-related business processes
- Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms via written and oral media, to a variety of different audiences
- Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level execs at customers as well as with individuals in ServiceNow internal and external eco-system
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English
