ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive - Customer Workflows to drive the growth engine for the company's Customer Workflows platform. The role involves developing sales strategies, arranging executive discussions, and collaborating with the Solution Consulting team to deliver demonstrations and presentations.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Proven track record of over-achievement in service sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor
- Experience in technologies such as Salesforce (Service Cloud) / Pega (CRM) / Microsoft (D365) / Oracle / SAP CX (or similar)
