ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive the growth engine for Customer Workflows, developing sales strategies and advising customers on innovative business solutions. The role requires 10+ years of sales experience, a strong understanding of CRM and CX solutions, and experience in FSI.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Sales experience
  • Proven track record of over-achievement in SaaS sales
  • Experience in FSI
  • Experience in technologies such as Salesforce (Service Cloud) / Pega (CRM) / Microsoft (D365) / Oracle / SAP CX (or similar)
  • Strong understanding of the CRM or CX solution-related business processes
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms via written and oral media
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with C-level execs
