This role bridges product and persona insights with enablement strategy, ensuring sellers can effectively articulate customer value and drive growth. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools and methodologies to improve program effectiveness and engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • 6+ years in sales, sales enablement, product enablement, or product marketing roles.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing, sales enablement methodologies, and learning best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a growth orientation.
