Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and custom applications. Develop and maintain custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
Requirements
- 5-8 years of ServiceNow development and product delivery experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide scripting
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, Integration Hub, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, FSM, EAM / HAM
- Knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development frameworks
