Senior Staff AI Architect | Production Experience

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff AI Architect to join the Connected Customer Experience (CCX) team. This role focuses on architecting AI capabilities to enhance personalization, recommendations, semantic searches, and conversational AI across the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on production-ready systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML systems and work within a digital technology environment, contributing to the transformation of how users interact with ServiceNow applications.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML systems, machine learning architecture, or applied data science.
• 3+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
• Expertise in ranking models, embeddings, NLU/NLP, and personalized user experiences.
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), orchestration tools (LangChain), and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Experience deploying LLMs in production environments.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Databricks ML.
