Senior Staff AI Architect | Production Experience

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff AI Architect to build and enhance the Connected Customer Experience (CCX) team's AI platform. This role involves designing scalable AI solutions, partnering with data and engineering teams, and translating AI capabilities into practical services. The focus is on personalized customer and employee experiences, accelerated by ServiceNow's intelligent cloud platform and its employees.

Requirements

• Experience in AI/ML systems, machine learning architecture, or applied data science.
• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML systems, machine learning architecture, or applied data science.
• Expertise in ranking models, embeddings, intent recognition, NLU/NLP, and strategies for personalized user experiences.
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain), and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Hands-on experience deploying LLMs, crafting prompts, and building RAG systems in production environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect technical ideas to business needs.
