Senior Staff AI/ML Product Lead - Enterprise Data

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff AI/ML Product Lead to drive solutions for AI-native data platform capabilities, focusing on Enterprise Data. This role involves defining and executing strategies for AI-powered data, GenAI, and Agentic AI, with a focus on scalability, trust, and customer value. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and customer focused leader with hands-on technical expertise in data engineering and AI.

Requirements

• 12+ years of related enterprise Tech AI product management experience, 5+ in SaaS or Data/AI platforms
• Deep domain expertise in datasets and metrics
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM capabilities
• Strong background in Applied AI/ML, Data Engineering, Data Science
• Experience with Vector databases, LLMOps, and data observability
• Deep expertise in Snowflake data platform
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
