Senior Staff AI Security Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Senior Staff AI Security Engineer to contribute to building and designing security solutions for LLM Models within the ServiceNow Security Organization. This role focuses on integrating AI governance and advanced ML frameworks for safe and responsible AI adoption, working at the intersection of security, AI, and ML. The position requires a minimum of two days per week in the ServiceNow Offices.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 12+ Years of experience as a Security Engineer.
• Strong experience building a GenAI product and putting it into production.
• Expert in Application Security Concepts & Tools
• Proficient in DevSecOps practices and concepts.
• Proficient in Cloud Services and Infrastructure
• Strong understanding of AI Governance, privacy, compliance frameworks
• Strong understanding of AI Model development, adversarial attacks
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial intelligence, or a related field
