Senior Staff AI Security Researcher

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff AI Security Researcher to pioneer new approaches to secure the AI development lifecycle, create systems governing agent interactions, and build solutions integrating security into agentic platforms. The role involves designing defenses, mitigating risks, and establishing industry standards in the rapidly evolving AI security landscape.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 7 years of experience with security assessments, design reviews, or threat modelling.
• 7 years of experience in security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols.
• 7 years of programming experience in Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, API Keys).
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.
