Requirements
- 8+ years of ServiceNow Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or similar role with hands-on configuration experience
- Experience delivering 2-3 End to End ITSM implementations in ServiceNow
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM Suite (Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB Fundamentals)
