We're looking for a Senior Staff Engineer with experience in ServiceNow, particularly in CSM, Integrations & SPM. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to develop and implement technical solutions, configure ServiceNow, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Total experience 10+ years
- Strong working experience in technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow with specializing in CSM, SPM and ITSM
- Experience in either of other modules i.e.. ITOM or GRC or HRSD and ITIL knowledge
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Ability to explore and grasp new technologies.
- Proficient in communicating and driving technology solutions that support business objectives
- Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Mentoring your team members in projects and helping them keep up with new technologies.
