We're Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will work on technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow, specializing in HAM, ITAM and ITSM.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong working experience in technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow with specializing in HAM, ITAM and ITSM
- Experience in either of other modules i.e.. ITOM or CSM and ITIL knowledge
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Ability to explore and grasp new technologies.
- Proficient in communicating and driving technology solutions that support business objectives
- Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization.
