We're Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, and we're looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, specifically in HRSD, ITSM, and SPM, and will be able to develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform component integration tests.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong working experience in technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Ability to explore and grasp new technologies
- Proficient in communicating and driving technology solutions that support business objectives
- Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization
- Mentoring team members in projects and helping them keep up with new technologies
