ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Network Automation Engineer to support its US Federal & Public Sector customers. This role focuses on designing, engineering, and operationalizing the global network infrastructure, contributing to automation of production and incident remediation. The team operates as a cloud-based platform and prioritizes safety, security, and innovation. Candidates should be passionate about building automation and serving as the team's core builder.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and running large internet or data center networks.
• Expert in routing & traffic engineering (BGP/OSPF/ISIS).
• Strong Python or Go plus experience with IaC and CI/CD.
• Leadership experience; calm under pressure and ability to mentor engineers.
• Excellent communication skills.
