Senior Staff Technical Program Manager - Release Management

The company is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to manage release programs and large, complex release programs from start to finish. The role requires a proactive, strategic perspective on process improvements and a tactical view of daily progress and issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally in a software engineering/product development organization.
• Proven project/program management experience involving many cross-functional teams
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills to influence and motivate without authority
• Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
