Westpac is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to manage application support for various applications, ensuring high system availability and reliability. This role involves maintaining the sustainability of applications through automation, compliance, and collaboration. The analyst will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting production systems, troubleshooting incidents, and driving automation practices.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong documentation and reporting ability
  • Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
  • Understanding of Project and Service Delivery Frameworks
  • Familiarity with IT Key Controls
  • Experience with ITIL best practices
  • Understanding of Risk Management Framework
  • Technical Skills: SQL, Control-M, Web technologies (HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS), SFTP tools, Platforms/tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, ServiceNow), and Automation technologies
