The role involves assisting with day-to-day support, patching, and updates, managing Incidents and Service Requests, and ensuring optimal system performance and reliability. The position involves working in a permanent, full-time basis with a mandatory Australian Citizen and NV1 Security Clearance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage RHEL environments
- Proficient in Active Directory, Entra, VMware, Windows
- Experience with Ansible
- Experience with RedHat Satellite
- Exposure to applying Security Best Practices
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with ITSM ticketing system (ServiceNow)
