We are looking for a passionate ServiceNow-skilled individual to help continue the growth of our ITAM architecture and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ServiceNow platforms and be able to apply industry best practices to our suite of application architectures, technologies, tools and provide thought leadership to the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant architecture experience
- Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation and service delivery
- Experience with ServiceNow platform integration design, development and support
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Configuration Mgt and Asset Mgt
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and Portfolio Mgt modules
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and Release Mgt processes
