Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support role (preferably in financial services)
- Strong understanding of Windows, Azure, and O365
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Self-motivated with strong stakeholder communications
- Business-oriented mindset
- ITIL (good to have)
