Senior Technical Accelerator Consultant - Impact

This position is for a Senior Technical Accelerator Consultant within ServiceNow Impact, focusing on delivering technical acceleration to customers. The role involves providing expert ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM guidance, identifying process improvements, mentoring junior team members, and driving innovation in the ServiceNow product portfolio. The position is part of a new team in San Diego, CA, and offers opportunities to contribute to a global customer success organization.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in ITOM/ITAM consulting with a proven track record.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM modules.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be fluent in the US and have a Green card or equivalent citizenship.
• 2 days per week, no exceptions.
