ServiceNow Impact is a new product within ServiceNow designed to personalizes the digital transformation journey for customers through the Now Platform, accelerating time-to-value. The role is for a Senior Technical Accelerator Consultant, partnering with global customer success teams to deliver technical innovation to enterprises. The consultant will focus on accelerating adoption, defining business needs, and driving process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
  • 5+ years of ITOM/ITAM consulting experience
  • Strong ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM module expertise
  • Experience with ITSM, SPM, IRM, EA, SOW, PA, ITOM/ITAM, HRSD and General ServiceNow Platform Capabilities
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven technical and business process experience in leading ServiceNow ITOM implementation in client environments
