Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Provide architectural leadership and ensure alignment of ServiceNow architecture with business and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, with hands-on experience in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, Performance Analytics, ITOM, SecOps, etc.).
- Proven expertise in providing design and solutions to the business requirements.
