Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting.
- Hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, Performance Analytics, ITOM, SecOps, etc.).
- Proven expertise in business requirements gathering and solution design.
- Experience in leading implementations and/or managed services teams.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow (scripting, APIs, and integrations).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Strong expertise in ITSM processes and ITIL frameworks.
