Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, with hands-on experience in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, Performance Analytics, ITOM, SecOps, etc.).
- Proven expertise in providing design and solutions to the business requirements.
- Experience in leading the implementations and/or managed services team.
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow, including scripting (JavaScript) and integrations (SOAP/REST).
- Strong expertise in ITSM processes and ITIL frameworks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
