- Proven expertise in multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform
- Proficient in Web Technologies (e.g., JavaScript, SOAP/REST web services, XML & JSON)
- Strong customer-facing skills in both virtual and face-to-face settings
- Ability to provide technical leadership and support to the Centre of Excellence
