Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience as part of a professional services organization
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
- Relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in aligned workflow
