ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join its Customer Outcomes team. This role focuses on configuring ITAM products (Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management) using ServiceNow best practices to accelerate and drive customer business outcomes. The team supports customer engagements, process definition, and technical advice.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- 5+ years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ITAM leading practices
- Proven team player and customer-centric attitude
- Experience with SaaS technologies and working with AWS (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
