Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
- Minimum 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization
- Industry domain expertise in 1 or more of Telecommunications, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, Procurement, Banking/Financial Services, Field Services, etc.
- Creative with comfort running projects independently
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
