Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
  • Minimum 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization
  • Industry domain expertise in 1 or more of Telecommunications, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, Procurement, Banking/Financial Services, Field Services, etc.
  • Creative with comfort running projects independently
  • ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
