ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant (AI) to deliver prescriptive guidance to customers by configuring ServiceNow AI solutions. This role focuses on providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and developing AI systems using NowAssist, AI Agents, and Workflow Data Fabric. The consultant will deliver impactful AI solutions on the platform, improving customer engagement and business outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex solutions
- At least 1 ServiceNow mainline CIS or ServiceNow CAD certification
- Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Generative AI
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
- Experience with development on the ServiceNow platform capabilities (Studio IDE, Mobile, Automated Test Framework, Delegated Development, Flow Designer, Source Control, APIs, and Integrations)
- Strong Javascript skills
