Senior Technical Consultant, Data & Integrations, Platform Products Expert Implementation Services

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, Data & Integrations Specialist to drive customer business outcomes through cloud-based AI-enhanced technology. This role involves consulting with customers on data architecture, integrations, and problem-solving to accelerate business growth and improve customer satisfaction. The consultant will utilize ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric capabilities and expertise in data engineering to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable, integration technologies
• Maintain at least 1 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Strong Javascript skills
• Experience with Integration Technologies
• Expertise in data engineering
• Knowledge and experience with technical components (LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO)
• Proven team-building and customer-centric abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Up to 30% travel annually
