ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, Expert Services to focus on customer engagement and accelerating customer business outcomes. This role involves developing and delivering platform solutions, providing customer design support, and acting as a key member of an engagement team. Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
- 3 years of experience in US federal agencies with ServiceNow Government Community Cloud (GCC)
- Experience in AI integration and automated workflows
- ServiceNow security experience (Vault, Edge Encryption, Data Privacy)
- ServiceNow Domain Separation
- At least 5 years of hands-on configuration/development experience
