This role involves configuring ServiceNow Platform products based on best practices, supporting customer engagement, and guiding customers through complex processes. The consultant will work with customers, advisors, and internal teams to accelerate business outcomes and potentially drive sales activities.
Requirements
- United States Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance
- 3 years of experience working in US federal agencies with ServiceNow Government Community Cloud (GCC)
- ServiceNow security experience including Vault, Edge Encryption and Data Privacy
- ServiceNow Domain Separation
- 5 years of hands-on configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable technologies
