Senior Technical Consultant , Platform (Federal)

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist to focus on customer engagement. This role involves integrating AI solutions, designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, and providing expert problem-solving for AI-enhanced solutions. The role requires a combination of AI integration, cloud computing, and software development skills.

Requirements

• Active Security Clearance
• Minimum 6 years of configuration/development experience for complex integrations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a complex environment
• 5-2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications
• 5-2 ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Experience with Architecting systems integrations
• Extensive experience with Integration Technologies and SaaS technologies
• Deep understanding of AI Models and Generative AI
• Strong Javascript skills
