Senior Technical Consultant , Platform (Federal)

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to deliver prescriptions to customers. This role focuses on integration of AI into workflows, providing expert guidance through ServiceNow Integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, system integrations, and problem-solving, while serving as a Technical Lead and supporting complex customer projects.

Requirements

• Active Security Clearance
• At least 6 years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options)
• Maintain ServiceNow Certified Certification
• Maintain ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Act as a technical lead on engagements
• Extensive experience with Architecture and Integration Technologies
• Strong Javascript skills
• Experience with Self Hosted implementations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
