ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to drive customer engagement. The role involves integrating AI into ServiceNow solutions, designing integrations, and providing technical expertise to customer solutions. This involves problem-solving, technical leadership, and mentoring to ensure smooth platform integration. The consultant will focus on AI-powered tools and workflows, analyzing AI insights, and supporting system integration and platform architecture.
Requirements
- Active Security Clearance
- 6+ years of configuration/development experience for complex integrations
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult
- Minimum 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications
- Minimum 2 ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating complex high-level architecture diagrams
- Experience with Integration Technologies (Web Services, middleware, SSO, JDBC, etc.)
- Understanding of AI Models and Deep Learning Models
- Experience with ServiceNow's Predictive/Task Intelligence
- Strong Javascript skills
- Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
- Knowledge of MID Servers, Notify, Orchestration
- Knowledge and/or development experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform tasks independently
