Senior Technical Operations Analyst responsible for providing day-to-day support for Front Office application suite, resolving technical issues, and managing user on-boarding and certification renewals. Works with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and manages support documentation.
Requirements
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Customer focused and highly service aware
- Risk aware and able to identify and mitigate risks
- Able to form effective relationships with business and development teams
- Technical skills to diagnose issues at levels 2 and 3
- Experience with ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of enterprise scheduling system and cloud-based infrastructure (Amazon Web Services)
