ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to guide customers through critical issues and ensure timely and effective case resolution. The support engineer will resolve technical cases, use diagnostic tools, and provide input on process and product improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Strong experience and understanding of relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Must have strong object-oriented programming skills (e.g. Java and Javascript)
- Basic Linux experience
- Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack
- Basic understanding of dynamic HTML components such as CSS and XHTML
- Experience working well in a team environment while also being able to work productively while unsupervised
- Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems
- Ability to work with high-value customer administrators and developers
- Excellent time management skills
