Requirements

  • 4+ years customer facing technical support experience
  • Experience applying advanced troubleshooting methodology
  • Windows and Linux operating system experience
  • Networking experience (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
  • Database troubleshooting (SQL, Oracle)
  • Ability to read and understand basic Java/JavaScript code
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes

Requirements Summary
