Senior Technical Writer

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to create and maintain user-focused documentation for software products. The role involves collaboration with engineering and product management, contributing to content strategy, and supporting the evolution of ServiceNow's content development processes. This position focuses on clear and concise communication of complex information.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Understanding of content development life cycles and processes.
• 4+ years work experience in technical communication.
• Samples of your prior technical writing work or other writing demonstrating communication of complex ideas.
• Experience authoring in the Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) or another XML-based structured authoring architecture
• Ability and eagerness to demonstrate leadership by mentoring other writers
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Desire to mentor writers, collaborate with cross-functional teams
