We are seeking a Senior Technology Consultant, CRM and Customer Workflows to join our Expert Services team. The successful candidate will work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction and help them grow their business on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves providing prescriptive guidance, configuring the ServiceNow Customer Workflow products, and accelerating and driving customer business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies
  • Experience with AI integration, AI-powered tools, and AI-driven insights
  • Strong understanding of data compliance standards, such as PII/PHI
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Ability to gain and maintain certifications
