SEEK is seeking a Senior Technology Solutions Partner to partner with leaders across Finance and People & Culture to ensure technology investments deliver strategic and commercial outcomes. The role involves evaluating and shaping solution options, leading vendor assessments, and providing governance and solution guidance across major programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in technology consulting, business analysis, and enterprise systems
- Proven track record in vendor evaluation, contract assessment, and negotiation
- Strong financial acumen, including spend analysis, ROI modelling, and budget alignment to strategy
- Working knowledge of enterprise platforms and corporate systems (e.g., Workday, Atlassian, ServiceNow)
- End-to-end delivery expertise, including project lifecycle management, vendor selection, and solution partnering
- Significant experience with Finance and People & Culture in roles such as Principal Business Analyst, Technology Solutions Partner, or Consultant
