SEEK is seeking a Senior Technology Solutions Partner to advise executive stakeholders across APAC, driving complex technology initiatives and establishing best practices. This role focuses on strategic engagement, enterprise-wide demand management, and ensuring technology investments deliver value. The position requires strong leadership, technical judgment, and experience delivering transformational technology programs.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in technology advisory or consulting roles
- Deep expertise in technology strategy, enterprise architecture concepts, and digital transformation
- Demonstrated ability to engage in executive-level communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic portfolio management and enterprise change management experience
- Extensive experience in solution shaping, ideation and evaluation of technology solutions
- Proven experience in enterprise demand management and governance frameworks
- Experience with corporate platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, Atlassian, and similar enterprise applications
