CACI is seeking a Senior Telecom Engineering Lead to oversee and optimize Enterprise Operations in alignment with ITIL best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing communications systems, planning network installations, and ensuring smooth implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
Requirements
- US Citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- One or more of the following certifications: Telecommunications (TCM), Telecommunications Master Engineer, iNARTE Telecommunications Engineer, Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), Internet Protorcol Engineering Professional (IPEP), Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS), or Certified IP Telecom Network Specialist
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
