The Workday Senior Analyst will typically focus on configuring and optimizing functional areas within the Workday system. This role is responsible for providing support to stakeholders across the Workday platform preferably within the HCM and any additional functional areas a plus.
Requirements
- Offer expertise in Workday HCM and collaborate with team members to grasp challenges, prioritize requirements, and find opportunities for improving processes and boosting efficiency through Workday functionalities.
- Review the Workday new product releases, identify features and functionality to embrace, and coordinate the planning and execution, and testing of those delivered features.
- Develop partnerships with our P&C organization team members and guide how to best leverage and apply Workday.
- Optimize, standardize, and automate the Workday across a global environment.
- Assess current setup, configuration, systems, utilization, and identify and recommend improvements.
- Develop training to help end users with the adoption and usage of Workday.
- Recommend and configure enhancements to improve the value and efficiency of the Workday HCM and other modules and provide an end-to-end solution and design details.
- Partner with other Workday SMEs to leverage knowledge, solutions, and procedures to ensure a holistic best-practice approach.
- Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects as related to areas of expertise.
- Provide excellent customer service in response to P&C inquiries and resolve inquiries accurately and timely.
- Apply ServiceNow, our case tool, for collecting all requests and project tracking.
