BRF is seeking a dedicated SEO Sr Analyst to join its Operations Excellence team in Band.ChickenSl. The role involves managing IT-related invoices, overseeing mobile phone/SIM card allocation, monitoring IT support tickets, and preparing reports for internal reviews. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with strong organizational and analytical skills, contributing to a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, information technology, Computer science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT analysis, IT governance, business operation, or technology management.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT.
- Experience creating and coordinating monthly IT targets reports (KPIs, projects updates).
